Washingtonian's "Best of Silver Spring"
Washingtonian Magazine is out with it's "Best of Silver Spring" list, available only in it's February print addition-- but a Silver Spring neighbor was kind enough to put the list online here.
The nearby businesses that made the list: Crisfield Restaurant, Moorenko's, Jackie's, Vicino, Hanagan's Auto Body, Oriental East, Veridian Apartments and 1200 East-West Highway.

For the record: a Silver Spring resident put the Washingtonian article online, which was then forwarded around the cyberworld by the Silver Spring Regional Center and Foulger-Pratt's Downtown Silver Spring management.
Er, Evan I think you're missing the legal point. It doesn't matter who forwarded it around, even if Jesus Christ posted it. What matters is whether they obtained the Washingtonian's permission to post it in the first place. My guess is that they didn't.
